In thermal power plants, coal mines and every department of coal handling plant, coal durst is regularly flying during its handling. This coal dust sticks on the fins of radiators/heat-exchangers and then the efficiency of these radiators/heat-exchangers is reduced, which further leads to machine failures.

  • REDCO/GREYGO will loosen the coal dust deposits from the radiator/heat-exchanger coils and machine part and will clean the machine online without going for shutdown.
  • You can clean your radiators externally even without dismantling them.

Intact

  • First spray REDCO/GREYGO a 2 TO 10 Ltrs(depending on radiator size) on the fins of radiator one side which is exposed to atmosphere.
  • Leave the REDCO/GREYGO to react with coal durst for 5 to 10 minutes
  • Then apply water wash with good pressure, preferably by Hydrant
  • You will find all of black water/cement dust and foam coming
  • Continue to wash till foam stops coming
  • Then apply REDCO2 1 to 5 Ltrs ( depending on radiator size) on the same side
  • Leave for 5 to 10 minutes
  • Then wash with pressure till foam and black water stops coming.
  • Apply the same chemicals on second side if the radiator is dismantle
