Solar Modules Cleaning Solution

EQUIPMENT REQUIRED

• MEASURING JAR – For making perfect dilution ratio.
• SPRAY PUMP – For Even Spraying. 10 TO 16 Ltr. Can be Manual or Battery Operated.
• NYLON BRUSH – For proper and even rubbing.
• WIPER – For wiping our water to avoid water scale formation.
• WATER SUPPLY – For Dilution and Cleaning
• FACE MASK , EYE GOGGLE, HAND GLOVES, APRON – If Allergic or sensitive Skin.

MANPOWER REQUIRED

Minimum 3-4 person should be engaged to perform chemical cleaning task

• 1st Person – For making perfect dilution ratio.
• 1st Person – For Even Spraying. 10 TO 16 Ltr. Can be Manual or Battery Operated.
• 2st Person – For Evenly Rubbing the Modules.
• 3st Person – For Washing the modules before and after Spraying and Rubbing .
• 4st Person – For Wiping out water from the modules to avoid water scale formation.

DO’S

• Analyze the site for loose Dust accumulation on the module. If yes then washout the loose dust from Modules and let it dry completely before Spraying the Solution. (Specially Recommended for Cement Sites and Roof tops)
• Every time before Pouring the Chemical out for Cleaning, Stir the Drum well till 1 minute with help of Plastic Or Wooden stick till bottom to mix the Ingredients well.
• Now, Dilute the Concentrated Solution with water in a particular ratio as advised while cleaning time according to the Site Location and Condition( Kindly Consult by sending Pics for Water Dilution Ratio )
• Now Spread the solution evenly on the Dry modules (as shown in videos) with the help of 16 ltr manual / Battery operated Spray Pump and leave for 5-10 minutes in Cold weather (module temperature 18-28) and 3-5 minutes in Hot weather (module temperature 28-45) for soaking and loosing the debris.
• After above Soaking time completed, Scrubb the modules evenly with the help of 100 % Nylon Professional Cleaning Brush till all the debris had disassociated from the module (100% Nylon Brush Recommended) .If Solution get dry then sprinkle bit water to make rubbing smooth.
• Immediately Wash the modules evenly with water using water pressure as a regular cleaning method till all the dust come down from the modules.
• If using Non RO water then wipe the remaining water from the modules to avoid water scales formation again left behind on water evaporation.
• Keep the GI sheets wet while cleaning and wash after cleaning.

STORAGE AND HANDLING

• Always wash the Cleaning Equipment's well with Normal water for better life and functioning after every use.
• Always keep the Lids / Caps of the drums tightly closed after pouring the chemical.
• Always Keep the Chemical drums in Shades, Specially in Summers.
• In Summers above 40°temprature use normal temperature water for better performance of Chemical.

DONT’S

• Never spray Solution on Wet Modules.
• Avoid pouring Chemicals without stirring the Drums.
• Don't leave the Drums open/ without lids/Caps.
• Never use the Solution on modules without Consulting/Watching/learning the complete SOP.
• Avoid Using low quality equipment's for Spraying , Rubbing and Wiping.
• Never leave the diluted or undiluted Chemical in Cleaning equipment's when not using it.
• Avoid wearing Cotton Cloths and Jeans while Spraying the Product as the product contains Natural Fiber Diluters.
